Opportunities and Benefits for Sponsors

CASE District VIII is proud to invite you to join us as a 2011 Conference Sponsor. District VIII Conference Sponsorship levels are determined by projected audience reach based on estimated attendance, length of event and importance to the overall conference.

We hope that you will join us as a sponsor. This is a fantastic opportunity to advertise your services to the best advancement minds from across our dynamic district during this comprehensive conference geared for all advancement professionals. More than 400 participants representing a wide range of institutions are expected from across the district. District VIII brings colleagues from independent schools and community colleges; from small public and private colleges to large public universities.  This is a unique district and the conference will surely inspire and educate us all!

Conference attendees are exposed to our sponsors by way of the website, materials, signage, and recognition at individual events. All sponsors will also receive an electronic mailing list prior to the conference so that you may advertise to registered attendees. If you have exhibited in the past and are considering making your conference experience more worthwhile, sponsorship provides that opportunity!

Please review the opportunities:

All opportunities are on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you sign on, the more visibility and promotional opportunities for your company. The sooner you confirm your participation, the sooner we can include your logo on the conference website and in our e-communications, as appropriate.

If you are a past sponsor, we truly appreciate your support and are excited to work with you again. If you have not served as a District VIII sponsor, now is the time to join us for a wonderful conference. If you have exhibited at District VIII in the past, the 2010 conference is the perfect time to increase your participation and be included as a sponsor.

Please consider joining us as a sponsor so that you can garner more exposure, more involvement, and, likely, more leads! Make the most of it and register to be a sponsor today!

I look forward to seeing you in February!
