Come to the CASE District VIII Conference to promote your offerings to key advancement professionals who influence the buying decisions for their institutions. Where else will you have an opportunity to meet 400 advancement professionals from some of the most prestigious educational institutions in the country in one place?

An exhibitor at the conference will receive booth space in our exhibit hall, name recognition in the conference program and the attendee publication as well as access to registered attendees.

Exhibitors Also Receive

  • A listing in the conference attendee directory that is given to all attendees at check-in
  • A listing in the conference program
  • Registration for one attendee/company representative
  • One exhibitor booth consisting of one draped table, two chairs and an identification sign

Exhibit Hall Features

  • Exhibit Hall is located on the same level as registration and will be the main gathering location for conference attendees.
  • The exhibit hall will remain open 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Thursday and 8:00 a.m.-noon on Friday.
  • All breaks will occur in the exhibit hall and have been extended to 30 minutes allowing for interaction between exhibitors, sponsors and conference attendees.
  • All conference events will take place on-site.

    When returning to the United States from Canada, it is very important to note that all U.S. citizens are required to present a valid U.S. passport to enter or re-enter the United States via air.

    For entry into the United States via land and sea borders, U.S. citizens must present either a U.S. passport, passport card, NEXUS card, Enhanced Drivers License or other Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI)-compliant document.
